Target Species
- Cattle (pregnant cows and heifers).
Composition
This vaccine contains inactivated antigens that help newborn calves develop colostral immunity against rotavirus, coronavirus, and Escherichia coli.
Presentation
- 15ml glass vial.
Indications for Use
The vaccine is used for the preventive immunization of pregnant cows and heifers against rotavirus, coronavirus, and colibacillosis-induced diarrhea.
It helps newborn calves develop immunity, reducing the severity of diarrhea and mortality rates.
- Immunity is transferred through colostrum feeding.
- Vaccination is carried out in the last trimester of pregnancy.
Dosage & Administration
Each 3ml dose contains:

Bovine rotavirus strain TM-91 (G6P1);

Bovine coronavirus strain C-197;
-
Escherichia coli strain EC/17 with adhesion antigen F5 (K99);
-
Adjuvant: Montanide ISA 206 VG.

Single injection 3-12 weeks before calving.
Colostrum Feeding
- Calves must receive colostrum within 6-8 hours after birth.
- It is recommended to collect the first colostrum from vaccinated cows and provide 2.5-3.5 liters daily for calves up to 2 weeks of age.
Storage Conditions
- Store at +2°C to +8°C.
- Do not freeze!
- Once opened, the vaccine must be used within 10 hours.
