📦 Delivery Types

1. Standard Delivery
– Tbilisi: delivered on the next working day
– Regional centers: delivery in 1–2 working days
– Villages and rural areas: delivery in 2–3 working days

2. Express Delivery (Same Day)
– Available only in Tbilisi
– Applies to orders placed before 14:00
– Cost: 12 GEL (for parcels up to 10 kg)

0–1 kg – Tbilisi: 4.50₾ / Regions: 7₾
1–2 kg – Tbilisi: 5₾ / Regions: 7.50₾
2–3 kg – Tbilisi: 5.50₾ / Regions: 8₾
3–3.5 kg – Tbilisi: 5.50₾ / Regions: 8.50₾
3.5–5 kg – Tbilisi: 5.50₾ / Regions: 9.50₾
5–6 kg – Tbilisi: 7₾ / Regions: 11₾
6–10 kg – Tbilisi: 8₾ / Regions: 13₾
10–15 kg – Tbilisi: 9₾ / Regions: 15₾
15–20 kg – Tbilisi: 10₾ / Regions: 18₾
20–25 kg – Tbilisi: 12₾ / Regions: 22₾
25–30 kg – Tbilisi: 13₾ / Regions: 26₾

– Delivery fees are not calculated automatically on the website
– After placing an order, our representative will contact you to confirm all details
– Delivery will proceed only after your confirmation

✅ Additional Services

– Return shipping: 40% of original delivery cost
– Insurance: Free (Agricula takes full responsibility for damaged or lost parcels)
– Second visit attempt: Free
– Address change: Free
– Storage at pickup point: 1 GEL per day per parcel (first 12 days free)
– Cash on Delivery: 2% service fee, min. 1 GEL
– Parcel photo on request: 0.5 GEL
– SMS notification: Free
– Hand delivery to recipient only: 1 GEL
– Redirecting undelivered packages to service center: 15% of delivery fee
