BIO PLANTELLA — Yellow Sticky Traps

Description

An effective organic-mechanical method for protecting indoor and balcony plants, vegetable crops and fruit trees. The specially selected yellow colour of the sticky traps attracts numerous plant pests, including aphids, moths, whiteflies, thrips, cherry fruit flies, codling moths, apple blossom weevils, olive fruit flies, various leafrollers, greenhouse aphids, fleas, beetles, onion flies, leek pests and others.

Upon contact with the trap, pests adhere to the fast-acting entomological adhesive, which contains no chemical active substances for plant protection. The adhesive does not wash off or melt, withstands changes in temperature and humidity, and provides long-lasting protection. Silicone-coated protective paper prevents the adhesive from drying out, while the supplied hanging wires make the traps easy to use.

Proven effectiveness:

The product is the result of many years of expertise, verified research and technological innovation. Its effectiveness has been tested and confirmed in scientific laboratories.

Directions for use:

Hang the traps near branches so that they do not stick to leaves or branches. In vegetable gardens, hang the traps on stakes inserted into the ground. Replace them when the sticky surface becomes covered with pests. The traps can also be used for pest detection and monitoring. No pre-harvest interval is required.

Application:

For effective plant protection in orchards, greenhouses or vegetable gardens, evenly distribute 20–24 yellow sticky traps per 100 m². A higher number of traps is recommended for vegetable crops such as tomatoes and cucumbers. Use throughout the plant’s growing season, except during flowering, to prevent bees from becoming trapped.

Composition:

Traps coated with a specially developed adhesive material (1-Butene, homopolymer; petroleum resins). Contains no chemical substances. The product is not classified as hazardous.

Storage conditions:

Store in the original packaging in a dry, well-ventilated place at room temperature.
