Ciplodex – White Suspension

Composition:
1 ml of the product contains: Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride – 4.5 mg, Dexamethasone sodium phosphate – 1 mg.

Indications for use:
Used in dogs, cats, small, exotic and decorative animals for the treatment of acute and chronic inflammations of the eyes and ears caused by bacterial, chemical or traumatic factors – conjunctivitis, blepharitis, keratitis, keratoconjunctivitis, iriditis, iridocyclitis, corneal ulcers and erosions, eye injuries after trauma or foreign bodies, as well as aggressive substances, in postoperative and preoperative periods; also for otitis, otorrhea, including cases caused by foreign bodies.

Contraindications:
Do not use in animals with hypersensitivity to the active substances of the product.

Dosage and administration:
Instill 1–2 drops into the conjunctival sac 2–4 times daily (in severe cases, during 1–2 days instill 1–2 drops every 2–3 hours) or into the ear canal 1–4 drops (depending on animal’s body weight) 2–3 times daily.

If there are abundant purulent or mucopurulent discharges, preliminary hygienic treatment of the eyes or ears is recommended: instill 3–4 drops, remove the discharges with a sterile gauze swab, and then instill 1–2 drops of the product. The treatment course lasts until full recovery, usually 5–10 days.

Warnings:
When instilled into the eyes, local irritation, itching, or tearing may sometimes occur, which quickly subside; rarely – allergic reactions. Prolonged use may cause secondary glaucoma or steroid cataract. Use with caution in animals up to 7 days of age.

Packaging:
Polymer dropper bottle, 10 ml.

Storage conditions:
Store in a dry, dark place, out of reach of children, at +10°C to +25°C.

Use within 30 days after opening the bottle.

Shelf life: 2 years.
