Description:
Biometrigen is an intrauterine solution containing gentamicin, designed for the treatment of uterine infections in cows and mares. It is effective against metritis, cervicitis, pyometra, and infections related to retained placenta caused by gentamicin-sensitive bacteria.

Composition:
Each 1 ml contains:

Gentamicin – 8 mg (equivalent to 12.864 mg gentamicin sulfate)

Excipients: Sodium methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E219), Sodium propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E217), Sodium metabisulfite (E223), Brilliant blue FCF (E133)
Packaging:
25 ml aluminum container, including 10 hermetically sealed containers and 10 catheters.
Indications:
Indicated for the treatment of uterine infections caused by gentamicin-sensitive bacteria, including:

Dosage and Administration:

Route of administration: Intrauterine

Dosage: 25 ml (200 mg gentamicin) per animal, single administration
